The British media was afforded an opportunity to show that they are not just out to get Arsenal when England and Aston Villa star Ashley young earned himself not 1 but 2 penalties in the space of ten minutes in a vain attempt to influence the outcome of the tie.

Why are we so gullible?
The problem with “news” in today’s world, is that with so much competition to get stories out of the door before the next guy, no one ever bothers to check the fact or sources any more, not even the BBC.

Gallas gets some loving, media myths.
The whole episode of Gallas’ captaincy was a miscalculation by Wenger. While the central defender does have some qualities you look for in a leader, he had a record of media blunders and continued this poor record during his stewardship.
